Will the crate fit in my building's lift and through my door?
Our crates are sized with apartment access in mind — at approximately 1.0m x 0.6m x 0.5m, they're designed to fit through standard doors, lifts, and corridors.
Do I need a car to use CrateHouse?
No. We can deliver crates directly to your apartment and collect them once packed, so you don't need a car or to carry anything to a facility yourself.
Can I pack over a few days rather than all at once?
Yes — pack at your own pace, whenever suits you. There's no rush, and you arrange collection whenever you're ready.
How close is the facility to the CBD?
Our East Perth facility is just past Claisebrook Station, a short trip from the Perth CBD — convenient if you'd rather drop off or collect items yourself.
What if my building has restricted delivery access?
Most apartment buildings are no problem for delivery. If yours has specific access requirements — a loading dock, concierge booking, and so on — let us know when you book and we'll work around it.
