How much can I fit in one crate?
More than you'd expect — a crate comfortably holds several boxes' worth of belongings, clothes, or smaller items. Most people start with 1–2 crates and adjust from there.
What if I need more space later?
Just add another crate whenever you need to — there's no need to move into a bigger unit or start a new agreement.
Is there a minimum storage period?
One month minimum, then no lock-in — cancel or scale down anytime after that.
Can I access my things whenever I want?
Yes — free onsite access at our East Perth facility, whenever you need it.
Do you deliver crates to my home?
Yes. We can deliver empty crates to you and collect them once packed, for $49.50 each way. Self-checking in and out at our facility is also free.
What can't I store?
Perishables, hazardous materials, and a small number of other restricted items. Ask us if you're unsure about something specific.
